At Genesys we are the undisputed leader in cloud contact center software. As we continue evolving into a SaaSdriven organization were looking for a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to drive gotomarket strategies for the Genesys Cloud Core Product Marketing Team. This role combines strategic messaging product positioning and crossfunctional leadership in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
Responsibilities:
Understand broader product value and communicate how specific product areas enhance Genesys overall differentiation.
Act as subject matter expert for specific product areas to support crossfunctional teams.
Drive new product launches and gotomarket strategies aligned with sales motions and product direction.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define audiences develop value propositions and execute GTM plans.
Leverage data insights to identify marketing and revenue opportunities across the sales funnel.
Create segmentation strategies and develop differentiated messaging to stand out in the market.
Define buyer personas and use cases to align sales messaging with customer value.
Produce sales enablement content including decks briefs whitepapers videos and blogs.
Represent the team in presentations to leadership analysts and at public events.
Track and report on performance metrics during business reviews and support strategic planning.
Required Qualifications:
5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS marketing preferably in a multiproduct setting.
Expertise in B2B growth marketing and fullfunnel activation strategies.
Strong foundation in product marketing skills including messaging GTM strategy segmentation and sales enablement.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently from concept to .
Proven aptitude to quickly understand technical products and communicate value.
Strong communication skills and comfort working across crossfunctional teams.
Demonstrated success influencing teams across product management sales and marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Composure under pressure and a collaborative positive attitude.
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
Willingness to travel up to 15 domestically.
Compensation:
This role has a marketcompetitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidates experience qualifications skills and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performancebased bonus opportunities.
