STEP Program Associate Emerging Professionals Sales Development Program
Location: Addison Illinois
Job type: Full time
Schedule: 8am5pm MondayFriday (overtime may be available)
Hourly pay: $28/hour
**Compensation for this position includes hourly salary shortterm incentive bonus and full benefits package offerings.

The Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals Program is a dynamic intensive program designed to educate train and develop skills in emerging talent to invigorate our workforce and support your success in establishing your career! You will get handson experience in every aspect of our business through onthejob elearning subject matter expert training and residency trips. This 9month rotational program includes exposure to the site and corporate operations sales strategies processes procurement project management ECommerce and the Sonepar USA and our Operating Companies business philosophy. At the conclusion of this dynamic program you will have the unique opportunity to present to our Executive Leadership team on key strategic organizational initiatives.
After the STEP program is completed participants will be able to leverage their knowledge and skills within the local market by taking a position within that team.
