Team Dental Family Dentistry in Chicago IL seeks skilled professionals to join our South Shore staff. Our ideal candidate is a selfstarter ambitious and engaged. Do you want to work for an exciting team of dental experts Our dental office is growing and we need more Front Office Professionals to join us! Customer service is our expertise and patients are our focus. Are you customer serviceoriented If so WE WANT YOU! Our dental team provides the best care in Chicago and we are looking for new team members!
*THIS POSITION IS FOR OUR SOUTH SHORE LOCATION AT 2235 E 71ST STREET.*
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process new patients.
- Answer and screen phone calls/Route Messages.
- Organize daily clinical schedule.
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization of resources.
- Schedule & Confirm Patient Appointments.
- Verify Insurance Benefits.
- Collect patient payments & complete checkout procedures.
- FullTime/PartTime Shifts Available
Qualifications
- Beyond exceptional in customer service.
- Extremely professional.
- Knowledge of basic insurance.
- Able to discuss billing and account breakdowns with patients.
- A Dedicated Driven Motivated Multitasker.
- Teamwork oriented.
- Able to work hard.
- Fluency in Spanish is a Plus
