Job Description

Job Title:Customer Support Associate (Voice Process)

Qualification:2 or Above

Language Requirement:Kannada (Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory)

Work Shift:Rotational Shift

Job Location:Chennai (Ambattur)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.
Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards customers.
Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies.

Required Skills:

Fluency in Kannada (oral and written communication).
Basic computer skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
