Purpose and Objectives
Digital Finance practice within SAP Solution Delivery Centre helps our customers in their journey towards Intelligent Enterprise S/4 Digital core Innovation Cloud and Industry cloud in Finance across all Industries.
We are looking for an experienced consultant with knowledge of the following:
- Good understanding of an endtoend business process in an area of Finance
- Good knowledge on software project life cycle.
- Should have played multiple years of customer facing roles
- Should have successfully managed programs
- Ability to facilitate customer discussions
- Aptitude to define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution
Role Requirements
- Implementation experience in SAP Profitability and Performance Management (SAP PaPM)
- Understanding of defining the data models in PaPM integrations (SAP and nonSAP systems) standard capabilities in PaPM and design of business rules
- Able to design and execute financial and business models by configuring and combining functions
- Understanding of Cost and Revenue allocation process design and implementation
- Experience and knowledge in one or more mentioned SAP technologies modules like SAP BW / SAP HANA / SAP BPC (optional)
- Experience and knowledge in one or more mentioned SAP technologies modules like SAP FICO / SAP PCM (preferred)
- Experience in SAP FICO or SAP BPC Embedded for design configuration/ development test implementation and deployment of technical solutions
- Good functional knowledge/experience in financial allocation processes
- Experience with BW (optional) and HANA Modeling (preferred)
- Knowledge in PL/SQL and R scripting (optional)
- Experience in testing of process scenarios in an area of Finance
- Overall experience of 8 years with at least 5 years in a customer facing role
Education and Qualifications
- Solid oral and written communication skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to customers and nontechnical audiences
- Certification in any of the SAP Finance solutions is an added advantage
