Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team in Barcelona. This role will focus on driving the replatforming efforts for our internal customers ensuring seamless integration and enhanced user experience within our product ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management excellent communication skills and a proven track record of managing complex projects.

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Lead Replatforming Initiatives: Drive the replatforming projects for internal customers ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs gather requirements and ensure their expectations are met.
  • Product Strategy: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the companys strategic objectives and internal customer needs.
  • Project Management: Oversee the endtoend project lifecycle including planning and delivery of replatforming initiatives.
  • User Experience: Ensure that the replatforming efforts enhance the overall user experience for internal customers.
  • DataDriven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure the success of replatforming projects.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering design and other teams to ensure successful implementation of replatforming projects.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in product management.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you need to have:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 25 years of experience in Project and Product Management in Agile environments.
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decisionmaking.
  • Experience working in agile environments.
  • Customercentric mindset with a passion for improving user experience.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.

Nice to have:

  • Good Spanish language level.
  • Experience in the renewables sector.
  • Certificate in Agile Methodologies.
