About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing People team. In this role you will play a critical part in scaling our hiring efforts by ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process. You will work closely with recruiters hiring managers and candidates to coordinate interviews manage our ATS (Ashby) and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fastpaced startup environment and is eager to grow into a Recruiter role over time.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Manage and maintain our ATS (Ashby) ensuring data integrity tracking candidate progress and generating reports as needed.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize recruiting processes and improve efficiencies.
Communicate with candidates providing timely updates answering questions and ensuring they have a seamless interview experience.
Assist with employer branding efforts including job postings social media content and candidate outreach.
Support onboarding efforts by ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to new hire orientation.
Take initiative in improving and streamlining scheduling and coordination processes.
Develop foundational recruiting skills with a path to growing into a fullcycle recruiter role.
In office 5 days per week and as our interim office manager for our new NYC office.
Qualifications:
1 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a highgrowth startup or fastpaced environment.
Handson experience with Ashby ATS is required.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism in candidate interactions.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic startup setting.
Passion for recruiting talent acquisition and creating a toptier candidate experience.
Interest in growing into a fullcycle recruiter role in the future.
