Job Description
Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Mechanic 1
Location: Baltimore MD 21205
Job Type/ Shift: Full Time Evening Shift 3:00 pm 11:30 pm
Summary: The HVAC Maintenance Mechanic 1 performs maintenance installation and repair work on HVAC systems equipment and components. Also the HVAC Maintenance Mechanic 1 performs installations repairs and fabrication of sheet metal/metal components related to HVAC and other trades. This work is performed under general supervision and using the tools and techniques of HVAC technology.
Requirements:HVAC Journeymans License.Highschool Diploma or Equivalent.5 years related work experience.The fulltime equivalent spent in a stateapproved program may count toward the 5year work experience requirement.
Salary Range: MinimumCustSalaryMinper hour MaximumCustSalaryMaxper hour.Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
