JOB PURPOSE
The Knorr Innovation Deployment Brand Manager will own the innovation funnel endtoend from development to a key engine of growth for the brand. This role will report to the Innovation Deployment Marketing Director and lead a direct report and crossfunctional teams to have a deep understanding of consumer trends unmet needs; conceptualize and deploy disruptive innovations in the market.
This individual will have responsibility of transforming the way Knorr shows up in the eyes and hearts of consumers evolving the portfolio over the next few years by crafting a real compelling longterm Innovation funnel within the Bouillon and Meal Makers categories for the US to bring the brand to new heights.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $99760 to $149640. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications qualifications and education and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
LongTerm Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
