Description
- Be able to follow safety rules and biosecurity regulations setup by TriOak Foods.
- Be able to learn and understand all aspects of preventive maintenance of the truck and trailer including greasing oil changes tires lights etc.
- Represent the company in a professional manner with parts suppliers tire dealers and fellow workers etc.
- Handling and changing tires for cars trucks and trailers.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with coworkers and managers.
- Be able to work together with coworkers and managers in order to promote teamwork.
- Be willing to perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
- Must be able to understand and follow all DOT regulations this includes filling out logs reports vehicle inspection reports unloading sequence sheets trip sheets and driver truck sheets.
- Must have a valid drivers license and be insurable on the company program. Having a CDL Class A would be a bonus.
- Must have a good driving record.
- Needs to have a good sense of direction in order to understand written and/or spoken instructions required for service calls.
- Must be able to work in adverse outside conditions when temperatures may range from above 100 degrees to 0 degrees and below for the entire workday.
- Must be able to drive under adverse road conditions.
- Have the ability to scale several types of ladders such as bin ladders and truck ladders.
- Be able to lift 55 lbs. repeatedly.
- Be dependable selfmotivating and willing to work.
- Be in relatively good physical and mental condition.
- Be able to work flexible hours.
