Overview
This role is critical in designing and implementing highquality technology solutions within the Accounting domain directly impacting business outcomes. You will take the lead in building scalable systems and ensuring seamless integration with business needs leveraging your expertise to drive performance and innovation. By collaborating with key stakeholders like Tribe leads Product Owners and Architects youll ensure that engineering efforts align with strategic goals. Your leadership and mentorship will guide the team in adopting engineering best practices while fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Ultimately your technical leadership will play a pivotal role in transforming business capabilities and achieving operational excellence.

What Youll Do
Lead the design and implementation of highquality technology solutions within the Accounting domain
Take ownership of engineering activities including analysis design/code reviews coding and release management
Mentor and guide team members to follow engineering best practices and deliver highperformance solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders Tribe leads Product Owners and Architects to ensure successful business outcomes
Acquire and apply functional knowledge of the Business capabilities being digitized and reengineered
Foster innovation and a growth mindset inspiring others to achieve success together
How Youll Lead
Collaborate closely with Tribe Leads to ensure alignment between engineering and business needs
Work directly with Product Owners to define clear business outcomes and ensure the engineering team delivers them
Partner with Lead Architects to ensure solutions are technically sound scalable and aligned with architectural principles
Skills Youll Need
Expertise in Java Spring Boot NodeJS Structured Query Language (SQL)/PLSQL ReactJS
Strong experience in Big Data processing technologies like Apache Spark Hadoop and BigQuery
Proven experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift container platforms
Proficiency in databases such as Oracle PostgreSQL MongoDB and Redis/Hazelcast
Handson experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (or development) (CI/CD) pipelines and modern software delivery practices (e.g. Jenkins Git Actions)
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Experience in the Banking/Finance domain
Familiarity with hybrid cloud solutions particularly Global Control Programme (GCP)
Previous experience in product development

It is the Banks expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Banks hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $125000 to $ salaries may be based on a number of factors including but not limited to a candidates skill set experience education work location and other qualifications.
