Our Versent Modern Run team is growing. We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst to join our team.
In this role youll tackle challenging tasks in a fastpaced environment collaborating closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless migration process. Experience working with legacy systems custom platforms or environments undergoing digital transformation is highly regarded.
As the bridge between our existing team and customer platform youll play a crucial role in facilitating communication. Your exceptional relationshipbuilding skills will be key as you navigate the technical complexities and business requirements.It is essential that you have strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical language for business stakeholders and vice versa.
This position involves working across teams to define document and deliver business requirements throughout the project lifecycle ensuring alignment with the organisations strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and validate highquality business functional and technical requirements.
Translate complex business needs into user stories process maps and acceptance criteria.
Participate in solution design facilitate walkthroughs and support implementation and change activities.
Perform data analysis using relational databases and tools like SQL.
Collaborate closely with development teams to align requirements with technical implementation.
Required Skills & Experience:
5 years as a Business Analyst in technical environments.
Expertise in process mapping agile story writing and SQL.
Proven ability to facilitate workshops gather and elicit requirements manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
Experience with AWS Oracle microservices BPMN and UML.
Familiarity with databases like MS SQL Server and Snowflake.
