We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and inspire our QA engineer teams in developing cuttingedge B2B2C products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in both backend and frontend technologies with experience in microservices architecture and modern web development frameworks. This role is critical in driving our product development efforts ensuring highquality deliverables through robust quality automation testing strategies and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

On a daily basis you will:

• Lead and mentor software development in teststeams in the development of complex B2B2C products overseeing both backend and frontend testing initiatives.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (product design sales support) to shape product vision and strategy as it relates to Supportability.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of automation test architecture to enhance scalability and maintainability of our systems.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle for automation testing from planning and prioritization to deployment and maintenance.
• Foster a culture of code quality best practices and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
• Participate in architectural decisions and guide technical discussions to solve complex challenges.
• Implement and optimize agile development processes ensuring efficient delivery of product features.
• Recruit develop and retain topquality engineering talent to build highperforming teams.
• Evangelize the implementation of integration testing efforts of frontend and backend systems to create seamless user experiences.
• Drive datadriven decisionmaking by leveraging metrics and analytics throughout the development process.
• Create and enable endtoend test automation using Gherkin to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Mentor and guide the team in writing clear concise and maintainable Gherkin scenarios.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to integrate Gherkinbased tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Promote a culture of test automation and advocate for best practices in test design and .

What skill are we searching for

• 7 years of handson software development experience.
• 4 years of Gherkin experience.
• 4 years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• 2 years of experience working on B2B2C products.
• Demonstrated experience in testing microservices architecture and API design.
• Track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
• Masters degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Extensive experience with backend technologies and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript or Python.
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies including JavaScript TypeScript and HTML.
• Proven track record of leading and managing software engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to make datadriven decisions.
• Familiarity with AWS.
• Familiarity with Grafana is a plus.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience implementing CI/CD practices.
