Who you are:
As a Partnerships Manager at Stay.AI you will play a key role in identifying and developing strategic relationships that drive business growth. You will work closely across all teams to align partnership strategies with company goals. If you thrive in fastpaced environments wed love to hear from you!
In a typical day you might:
Identify and Develop Partnerships: Research identify and engage potential agency and/or technology partners
Execute partnership strategies to expand Stays presence within the Shopify ecosystem
Manage Partner Relationships: Build and nurture longterm relationships with key partners
Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with company goals
Organize and participate in partner education and comarketing initiatives
Datadriven approach: Track performance metrics and continuously refine strategies
What youll bring:
35 years of experience in partnerships or a related field within an eCommerce or fastpaced startup environment preferably within the Shopify ecosystem
Strong ability to identify evaluate and execute strategic partnership opportunities that drive online sales and brand awareness
Proven track record of developing and managing successful agency and/or technology partnerships
Strong understanding of the ecommerce industry and Shopify platform
Excellent negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment demonstrating adaptability curiosity and a willingness to take initiative
Proficiency in partnership portfolio management and performance tracking
Nice to haves:
Deep connections in the CPG/D2C agency and/or technology ecosystem
Experience with Shopify Plus partners and ecosystem
