About the team

Founded in November 2012 the SAP Digital Skills Center (Formerly TDI) strives to support in the creation of sustainable work possibilities by boosting the business system knowledge and entrepreneurial mindset of students young graduates and the experienced workforce in the region. By offering a host of programs tailored to bring SAP business skills to those who have a cultural and social understanding of a local region the SAP DSCs initiatives help talented minds not only to find jobs but also to establish their own companies by nurturing their entrepreneurial mindset. Furthermore SAP DSC serves as Think Tank for knowledge exchange cocreation and coinnovation. Operating in a fastpaced startup environment The SAP DSC requires employees with handson and multitasking mentality.

As one of the DSCs successful programs SAPs Dual Study Program combines and alternates theory (Academia & SAP) and practice (SAP Workplace Experience) into a 12 year program run by universities in cooperation with SAP. Over the course of the program students will gain a combination of SAP solution skills and certifications paired with soft skill trainings and practical experience through internships.

Position title: SAP DSC iXp Intern Program Delivery

Expected duration: min. 6 months (possibility of extension up to 1 year)
Employment type: Fulltime 40 hours/week)

This entrylevel position will the operational of several training programs for the SAP Digital Skills Center. As individual contributor the Program Delivery Intern will support and take over welldefined activities to help program manage the of our Training Programs primarily SAPs Dual Study Program.

As Program Delivery Intern for the SAP Digital Skills Center major responsibilities will include:

• Supports in the and moderation of all logistics relating to trainings workshops events etc. e.g. booking exams organizing student system licenses etc.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to execute the program activities.
• Organizes the certification exams for the Dual Study students as well as all relating logistics.
• Is constantly in touch with the University departments as well as the Dual Study students to coordinate program milestones.
• Supports in the selection process and assessment center activities for SAPs Dual Study Program.
• Supports in marketing SAPs Dual Study Program. Coordinates student sessions.
• Is responsible to collect and maintain all programrelevant data (e.g. exam results).

In That Capacity

• Executes standard and nonstandard (less complex) cases alone
• Acquires deeper knowledge about processes executes professionally and uses his/her knowledge situational
• Ensures successful of the internal processes
• Takes over additional task (e.g. smaller projects project management)
• Seeks proactive feedback/works proactively to identify opportunities for improvement
• Very good organizational skills and an ability to keep track of tasks responsibilities and deadlines

In this role youll:

• Orchestrate the short term training programs for University students across EMEA
• Familiarise with local cultures of each country & accommodate cultural aspects into the program if needed
• Collaborate with Program Managers on a realtime basis to finalize training programs well in advance
• Maintain & update student data on a realtime basis
• Timely communication with students on the various timelines
• Facilitate issuance of exam vouchers & assist students with SAP examrelated technicalities
• Motivate students to certify on the exams by highlighting its importance in the job market

• Current University student pursuing degree in Business/Management related field
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong project management skills detail oriented; must be highly organized with the ability to manage towards multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Able to build strong relationships is results driven and selfmotivated
