Software Architect
Join Tipaltis Procurement group as a Software Architect where youll play a handson role in launching an exciting new product. With plans to grow our customer base tenfold next year youll have the opportunity to shape the technical direction and address complex challenges related to scalability performance and maintaining a clean efficient architecture.
You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams architects and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of highquality customerfocused solutions.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Lead the design and technical development of fullstack features with a focus on backend development (Javascript/Typescript) and frontend (React).
- Build and own new features in our core product driving real impact and ensuring deliverables are completed from planning through to production.
- Ensure the production of highquality code that is readable testable and maintainable.
- Design scalable and efficient software components that perform smoothly under load.
- Proactively raise potential issues and propose solutions to both technical and business challenges.
- Identify areas that can benefit from rearchitecture to support future scalability and proactively drive the necessary improvements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to developers helping them grow their skills in coding testing strategies and best practices to foster a collaborative and highperforming team environment.
About you:
- Passionate about software architecture design patterns and best practices.
- Experience working with microservice architecture & distributed systems.
- Experience in serverside development using Node.js.
- Experience working with databases (SQL MongoDB) & messaging systems (RabbitMQ Kafka).
- Demonstrated leadership in driving technical initiatives and improvements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to proactively share knowledge and collaborate across teams.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for your teams technical direction and operational efficiency.
