What Youll Do:
Assist in managing rail and transit infrastructure projects from planning to completion including construction management.
Collaborate with project managers to develop and monitor project work plans schedules and budgets.
Support client coordination including preparing reports and participating in meetings.
Lead engineering analysis and design efforts on projects ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Supervise and mentor junior staff providing technical guidance and support.
Assist in managing contracts including tracking project progress risks and financial performance.
Participate in proposal development presentations and business development initiatives.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
What Youll Bring:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Professional Engineer (P.E. license or ability to obtain one preferred but not essential.
6 years of experience in rail and transit engineering or transportation infrastructure.
Experience in construction management activities including attending site visits progress meetings working in partnership with general contractors and other project stakeholders.
Strong technical background with exposure to project management principles.
Proficiency in industry software such as AutoCAD MicroStation and Bluebeam.
Familiarity with MS Office suite (Excel Word Project); experience with PowerBI and Mosaic a plus.
Excellent organizational communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented fastpaced environment.
Interest in developing client relationships and contributing to business growth.
