Job Description
Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams ensuring adherence to Agile values and principles.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
Coach teams in Agile best practices fostering a culture of continuous improvement and selforganization.
Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions to maintain focus on sprint goals.
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.
Promote Agile methodologies and foster an environment of transparency and open communication.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess team efficiency and areas for improvement.
Facilitate crossteam coordination and collaboration in a scaled Agile environment.
Provide guidance on Agile frameworks including Scrum Kanban or SAFe as applicable.
Support the adoption and implementation of Agile tools and practices across the organization.
Ensure compliance with security and clearance requirements as mandated by the organization.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Secret Clearance (or higher)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum Kanban and SAFe.
Experience working in a government or defense contracting environment is a plus.
Excellent facilitation coaching and mentoring skills.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira Confluence Rally or VersionOne.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and Agile at scale frameworks.
Previous experience working with distributed teams.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.

The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile processes ensuring teams follow Scrum principles and driving continuous improvement.
