En nuestra empresa lder en compresores de aire y accesorios buscamos un/a Inside Sales & Logistic Specialist para que desempee un rol clave en la coordinacin administrativa tcnica y de atencin al cliente.

Funciones

  • Atencin al Cliente:
    • Gestionar y coordinar directamente con los clientes las intervenciones en taller asegurando una comunicacin clara sobre los servicios plazos y condiciones.
    • Resolver dudas y proporcionar informacin tcnica bsica sobre los productos y servicios.
  • Apoyo Administrativo y Tcnico:
    • Dar soporte administrativo y tcnico al equipo de comerciales externos asegurando que dispongan de la informacin y materiales necesarios para sus gestiones con los clientes.
  • Gestin del Ciclo de Pedidos:
    • Supervisar el ciclo completo de pedidos desde la recepcin hasta el cierre administrativo incluyendo la facturacin documentacin y coordinacin con proveedores y fabricantes.
  • Colaboracin con el Taller:
    • Trabajar estrechamente con el personal de taller para garantizar la disponibilidad de materiales requeridos para trabajos de mantenimiento reparacin e instalacin en vehculos industriales.
    • Asegurar una planificacin eficiente de las tareas del taller en funcin de las necesidades de los clientes.
  • Gestin de Ofertas y Plazos de Entrega:
    • Revisar las ofertas realizadas por los comerciales externos controlar la disponibilidad del material y gestionar los plazos de entrega para cumplir los tiempos establecidos.
  • Negociacin con Proveedores:
    • Negociar con proveedores nacionales e internacionales para optimizar precios y plazos asegurando siempre la calidad de los productos adquiridos.
  • Control de Inventarios:
    • Gestionar el inventario de piezas accesorios y materiales tcnicos manteniendo un control eficiente y evitando rupturas de stock.
  • Planificacin y Coordinacin Logstica:
    • Planificar y coordinar la logstica para asegurar entregas puntuales y optimizar los procesos de almacn.
  • Cumplimiento Normativo y Optimizacin:
    • Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas logsticas y procesos internos optimizando la eficiencia de las operaciones.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia:

Al menos 3 aos en logstica compras atencin al cliente o roles administrativos preferiblemente en el sector de vehculos industriales o B2B.

  • Conocimientos Tcnicos:

Familiaridad con componentes y sistemas relacionados con vehculos industriales (compresores tomas de fuerza configuraciones de vehculos etc.. Carn de conducir C

  • Habilidades Digitales:

Dominio de CRM ERP (SAP Oracle) y paquete Office.

  • Idiomas:

Ingls avanzado (B2 o equivalente).

  • Formacin Acadmica:

FP Grado Superior en Automocin Logstica o reas relacionadas.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin para interactuar con clientes y equipos internos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo especialmente con personal de taller y comerciales externos.
  • Atencin al detalle y habilidad para gestionar mltiples tareas administrativas.
  • Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de planificacin.
  • Actitud proactiva y disposicin para aprender sobre productos tcnicos y procesos internos.

In our company a leader in air compressors and accessories we are looking for an Inside Sales & Logistic Specialist to play a key role in administrative technical and customer service coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service:

Manage and coordinate directly with customers on workshop interventions ensuring clear communication on services deadlines and conditions.

Resolving doubts and providing basic technical information on products and services.

  • Administrative and Technical Support:

Provide administrative and technical support to the external sales team ensuring they have the necessary information and materials for their dealings with customers.

  • Order Cycle Management:

Oversee the complete order cycle from receipt to administrative closure including invoicing documentation and coordination with suppliers and manufacturers.

  • Workshop Collaboration:

Work closely with workshop staff to ensure the availability of materials required for maintenance repair and installation work on commercial vehicles.

Ensuring efficient planning of workshop tasks according to customer needs.

  • Management of quotations and delivery times:

Reviewing offers made by external commercials controlling the availability of material and managing delivery times to meet the established times.

  • Negotiation with Suppliers:

Negotiate with national and international suppliers to optimise prices and deadlines always ensuring the quality of the products purchased.

  • Inventory Control:

Manage the inventory of parts accessories and other items in stock.

Basic Qualifications

Experience: At least 3 years in logistics purchasing customer service or administrative roles preferably in the commercial vehicle or B2B sector.

Technical knowledge: Familiarity with components and systems related to industrial vehicles (compressors power takeoffs vehicle configurations etc..

Digital Skills: Proficiency in CRM ERP (SAP Oracle) and Office package.

Languages: Advanced English (B2 or equivalent).

Academic Background: Advanced Vocational Training in Automotive Logistics or related areas.

Key Competencies

Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.

Ability to work as part of a team especially with shop floor personnel and external sales people.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.

Excellent organisational and planning skills.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn about technical products and internal processes.
