We are looking for you! We offer a fulltime position 40h/week) as aSenior Engineer Backend (m/f/d)in one of our locations in either Heidelberg Berlin Leipzig or Munich. The offer includes the option of working several days per week in the mobile office.
Your Mission
- You will primarily focus on backend development while also contributing to small frontend tasks as needed.
- You are not afraid to ask for help and have a growth mindset.
- Endtoend development test and deployment of new components
- Design and extension of our MicroServices based web architecture with highfunctional and highperformance features.
- You maintain and improve existing functionality and apply design changes to the architecture as it fits.
- You are part of a crossfunctional team and in close cooperation with Frontend engineers QA engineers and Product Owner in an established Agile environment.
- You dare to try new things and bring about change.
Your essential experience and education
- Several years of professional practical experience as a Backend Developer
- Proficient in C# .NET 5 ASP and dependency injection
- Skilled in cloud technologies including Docker Kubernetes and Google Cloud
- Experienced with modern frontend technologies particularly Angular/AngularJS
- Familiar with messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ and monitoring tools like Kafka Elastic APM/Kibana
- Experienced in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins GitLab CI or Bitbucket
- Designed and implemented REST APIs before
- You are familiar with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- You have excellent English oral and written communication skills.
- You have experience with collaboration tools like ClickUp Jira or Confluence
