Your Role

We seek an International Training & DevelopmentSpecialistto focus on oursubsidiaries and distributorsworldwide. You will report directly to the Training Director and become part of the Technogym University team our Corporate University responsible for spreading company culture individual competencies assessment and training and development activities.

The role is based in our HQ in Cesena Italy.

Your Impact

  • Support our subsidiaries and distributor partner network to design and execute training plans programs and specific projects in order to strengthen individual competences in line with our Company Culture and HR strategy.
  • Be a key partner within our international HR team as point of contact for management and our employees.
  • Be responsible for the deployment of the agreed training plan and KPI results in terms of average training hours training appreciation and relevant impact on overall results.
  • Oversee the Performance Appraisal project implementation within our subsidiaries network and the relevant training and development plans as a result of selfassessment and manager evaluation.
  • Provide support to our local HR managers and distributor partners in organizing and delivering induction and onboarding programs in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs effectiveness timing and continuous improvement by using our elearning platform (SuccessFactors).

About You

Ideally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also downtoearth and ethical. You have good timemanagement skills excellent written and verbal communication capabilities attitude towards training delivery and presentation.

What you should bring:

  • Masters Degree preferably in Psychology or Human related studies
  • 35 yearsof experience in a similar role
  • Experience in B2B and B2C business digital or entertainment is a plus
  • Ability to analyze design and implement training programs
  • Knowledge of competence assessment methodology
  • Languages: fluency inItalian and English (minimum level C1. Any other language is a plus
  • Proficiency Microsoft Word Excel and Power Point
  • Knowledge ofLMS platforms (preferably Success Factors).
