For our business line Adition we are looking for a XYZ (f/m/d). Adition thats innovative automation and the best result always in mind. We are the leading European provider of highquality technology solutions for automated datadriven digital marketing and are therefore THE brand for adserving and targeting.

What you can expect in this role

• Supporting our customers or partners (technology providers agencies/buyers or marketers/sellers) including regular exchanges with our customers as well as responsibility for all topics relating to product integration troubleshooting or technical support

• Getting to know our systems in detail and carrying out product training and workshops for the optimal use of our platform

• Anticipating customer requirements and supporting them from strategic planning to the operational implementation of projects

Your essential experience and education

• You have already gained initial professional experience in the field of online marketing (ad servers programmatic advertising) and have one to two years of experience in key account customer and agency support with a technical orientation

• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills

• You have presentation skills and very good analytical skills

• Basic knowledge of CSS HTML and Javascript as well as knowledge of MySQL and PHP and/or experience in working with AdTech systems (e.g. ad server DSP or SSP) are an advantage
