Job Description
RN Director of Case Management
Palmdale California
The RN Director of Case Management provides overall leadership direction and strategic planning for Case Management services. The RN Director of Case Management promotes and assures the advancement of Coordinated Care across the Care Continuum. The RN Director of Case Management assumes overall responsibility authority and accountability of the Case Management Department. The RN Director of Care Management has oversight over all aspects of daily operations to enable the achievement of both longterm and shortterm goals.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse required
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing required
- Director of Case Management experience in an Acute Hospital setting required
- CCM or ACM preferred
Responsibilities:
- Ensures quality of care & patient satisfaction through oversight of policies procedures and improvements
- Manages develops retains and inspires an engaged workforce
- Designs research education & training to support cutting edge patient care and services
- Ensures operational profitability through effective budgeting and resource management
- Develops and executes longterm strategic business plans that support business growth
- Manages the physical & technological infrastructure and supports organizational structures movement initiatives
