Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Outreach Associate to join our team at Stand Together Trust. In this role you will play a key part in strengthening relationships with our community partners stakeholders and the individuals we serve. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively manage outreach initiatives and help raise awareness of the trusts mission and programs. How You Will Contribute
- Writing wrapup reports an annual report of portfolio/team work and collecting team data to better demonstrate outcomes
- Work with external groups to fulfill sponsorship items: panel descriptions bios/headshots conference ads registration codes
- Support events and convening work through planning content coordinating speaker logistics drafting social media posts and sponsored posts
- Manage the Permissionless Education Substack increasing readership and engagement through managing design editorial calendar pitching topics and soliciting internal and external writers for content
- Coordinate with other Stand Together departments to support outreach
- Support of the K12 concentration of the Koch Associate Program
- Identify opportunities to pitch internal and external partners for podcasts interviews oped opportunities
What You Will Bring
- Several years of experience managing projects
- Ability to create/write content
- Strong communicator with excellent writing skills internally and externally
- Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Togethers vision and principled approach to solving problems and a commitment to stewarding our culturewhich champions values including transformation and innovation entrepreneurialism humility and respect
