Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the Nursing Manager in ensuring safe highquality patient care
- Oversee patient risk management and drive positive clinical outcomes
- Manage resources lead a competent workforce and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing
- Post Basic Diploma in Operating Theatre
- Leadership/Management Qualification (Essential)
- Minimum 5 years in a supervisory position within Theatre (e.g. Unit Manager)
- Private sector experience (advantageous)
