Job Description
Job Summary:
The Automotive Sales Associate at Tom Naquin Auto Family is responsible for generating sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As a crucial member of the sales team you will help customers find and purchase their dream vehicles while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a fulltime salary position with a competitive compensation package. The range for this position is from $45000 to $90000 per year dependent on experience and performance. Other benefits include a comprehensive healthcare plan paid time off and opportunities for career advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations to potential buyers
Maintain knowledge of current inventory and pricing as well as financing options and incentives
Proactively reach out to potential customers through lead generation and followup techniques
Close sales by understanding the customers needs and providing appropriate recommendations
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure return business
Stay current on automotive industry trends and new vehicle features
Attend and participate in sales meetings and trainings to continuously improve sales techniques and knowledge
Handle all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent higher education preferred
At least 12 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field
Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in basic computer skills and technology including CRM systems
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
