Hiring for Quality Head (QA) in Aurangabad
Position:QA Head
About the responsibilities of the position: The main activity of the QA In the charge that he is responsible for all the Quality issues of all the products.
Reporting to: GM Operation
Educational Qualifications:Bachelor of Engineering in the stream of Mechanical / Production. Or Diploma in Engineering in the stream of Mechanical
Desired Experience:Minimum 1015years experience in sheet metal QA Dept (Press & Fabrication 3W).
Skills Set required:
1 Responsible for all the Quality issues of all the products
1.To ensure zero rejection at the customers end
2.Responsible for the Developments of new techniques and methods of Q A
3.Responsible for the gauge calibration
4.Responsible for the development of a good quality team in all area
5.Responsible for the reduction of inprocess rejection
6.Responsible for the Quality of incoming & outgoing material of all area
7.Responsible for the Quality awareness among all the employees of all area
8.Leadership skills.
9.Good communication skills especially with all the customers (Internal & External).
10.People Management skills
11.Knowledge of SAP or any other ERP .
12.Ability to handle concern customer end senior quality concerns
