Be the voice of HR Connect responding to employee and candidate inquiries across all areas of HR policies benefits pay recruitment and more.

Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated experience providing customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic fastpaced customerfocused work environment characterized by rapid change minimal lead times and multiple competing priorities
- Must be able to stay focused and engaged in an active and open work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary in order to convey clear and concise responses to inquiries
- Experience using Microsoft Office including the ability to create basic reports documents presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to travel up to 5 of the time domestically
- Associates degree in business human resources or related field preferred
- Experience working in a Human Resources Department or in a service center preferred
