Leasing Specialist Greens at Schumaker Pond (Salisbury MD)
WPM is seeking a professional energetic and customerfocused individual with sales and customer service experience to join our team as a Leasing Specialist at our beautiful Class A property in Salisbury MD. In this role you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming community by assisting prospective residents addressing resident needs planning events and providing outstanding service. This opportunity is perfect for candidates with experience in customer service sales or marketing.
Schedule:
- Monday Saturday: 9 AM 5 PM (with a scheduled day off during the week)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting hourly rate: $18(based on experience) plus phone allowance

Key Responsibilities:
- Track and record all phone and walkin traffic daily; prepare weekly traffic reports
- Assist applicants with the leasing process including application review and document collection
- Maintain and distribute marketing materials
- Manage and update the daily vacancy report ensuring all checklist items are completed for moveins
- Ensure vacant apartments are movein ready by performing minor cleaning of fixtures floors and windows as needed
- Promote resident retention by executing tasks outlined in the Resident Retention Plan assisting with resident events and fostering community engagement
- Support management in fostering positive relationships with residents and overseeing daily property operations
- Assist with scheduling tours coordinating maintenance requests and providing general building information to prospects residents and vendors
- Organize and participate in resident outreach and marketing events
- Provide administrative support including preparing forms spreadsheets and informational materials
- Process and maintain correspondence with residents contractors and third parties
- Manage and update insurance certificate files for all residents
- Maintain electronic and hardcopy filing systems for resident records invoices purchase orders and vendor documentation
- Provide phone coverage and general administrative support to maintain efficient property operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Professional demeanor appearance and communication skills
- Proficiency in using a PC and the ability to learn new software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs including weekends and occasional evenings
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Commitment to excellence and delivering outstanding customer service
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior leasing and/or sales experience preferred
- Previous leaseup experience preferred
