Job Description
Join our dedicated product engineering team as we continue to evolve our onlyfy ATS product designed to streamline the hiring process. As a Senior Frontend Engineer youll take a leading role in our transition from a Vue.js codebase to React shaping the frontend architecture and optimizing performance. Youll collaborate in an international crossfunctional team mentor colleagues and directly influence how companies and candidates interact with our platform.

Your tasks:
- Lead and support our ongoing migration from Vue to React ensuring a smooth transition and a scalable architecture.
- Develop and maintain new features within our monolithic environment ensuring a seamless and performant frontend experience for users.
- Champion code quality including unit testing (Jest) and endtoend testing (Cypress) by mentoring colleagues and driving best practices.
- Collaborate with fellow engineers product manager UX designer as well as Customer Support & Success team to enhance our onlyfy ATSsoftware designed to streamline the hiring process.
- Share knowledge and align with other frontend engineers on architecture coding standards and best practices.
- Thrive in an international crossfunctional setting where English is our primary language (German is not required).
Your skills:
- Several years of handson experience with HTML CSS and JavaScript along with proven expertise in React and TypeScript.
- Familiarity or prior experience with Vue.js or a willingness to pick it up as needed during our transition phase.
- Knowledge of Node.js npm and associated tooling for frontend dependency management.
- Proficiency in testing frameworks like Jest (unit tests) and Cypress (endtoend tests).
- A focus on usability accessibility and responsive design plus experience writing welltested frontend code (e.g. unit tests).
- A collaborative mindsetcomfortable sharing knowledge receiving feedback and working in agile crossfunctional teams.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
