Sales & Customer Success Manager

Join our team as a Sales & Customer Success Agent at MedTech World! Youll be at the forefront of driving event participation helping clients discover tailored solutions. Excel in customer relationships optimise attendee experiences and contribute to our mission of advancing healthcare innovation. Your dynamic role awaits!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales process;
  • Generate own leads as well as convert inbound inquiries;
  • Design and implement a sales plan that expands the companys customer base and ensures its strong presence;
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate sales presentations;
  • Build and promote strong longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to MedTechs core team;
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Be willing to travel overseas to exhibitions and conferences
  • Upsell and crosssell to clients to maximise revenue;
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams;
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their business needs;
  • Accompany your clients throughout exhibition opportunities;
  • Provide excellent account management to your clients before and during the events;
  • Generate speaker and participant leads;
  • Any other ad hoc tasks related to MedTech Worlds Team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven work experience as a sales account manager or sales account executive;
  • Handson experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience;
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office including MS Excel;
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time;
  • Business acumen with a problemsolving attitude and a will to learn;
  • BSc degree in Business Administration Marketing or any other relevant field would be appreciated.
  • Knowledge of the Digital Healthcare and Medtech industry as well as emerging technologies will also considered an asset.
