Job Information:
Summary:
Maintain buildings grounds equipment and utilities to ensure safe and efficient operation of Facilities. Ensure the needs of customers are met and adheres to the Culture of WE.
Position Responsibilities:
Responds to unscheduled routine and emergency maintenance calls.
Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment. May include but not limited to: HVAC Electrical Plumbing Painting and Mechanical systems as required. Assist outside vendors who are performing PMs during your work shift.
Works on construction and installation projects as required as well as any other duties as assigned.
Performs daily rounding within the Facility for safety and compliance purposes.
Responds to emergency calls and works oncall schedules as needed (either during or outside of regular working hours). This includes but is not limited to snow removal utility failures disaster response etc.
Complete documentation (work orders log books round log sheets) to reflect work performed.
Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:
3 years general maintenance experience or equivalent education preferred.
Healthcare environment experience preferred.
Required Education:
HS diploma or equivalent.
*Vocational training preferred.
Training/Certifications/Licensure:
Universal CFC license preferred.
