Job Schedule:9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days totaling 80 hours worked and have every other Friday off
Job Description:
This person will contribute to the companys success by manufacturing a variety of LRU (Line Replaceable Units) circuit card assemblies (CCAs) and components. This role will report directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor and is responsible for successfully manufacturing L3Harris products for delivery or repair.
Essential Functions:
Manufactures electromechanical assemblies and subassemblies including circuit cards cable/harnesses and various other electronic products while ensuring compliance with required performance specifications.
Ability in multiple electronics manufacturing processes including component level soldering torque tools and ESD practices.
Sets up a variety of manufacturing apparatus and completes assembly following methods procedures standards and operations sequences.
Ability to work from both oral and written instructions engineering drawings and blueprints.
Participate in process improvement activities in both test and manufacturing.
Support OT (nights weekends extended hours) as needed to meet schedule requirements and business needs.
Other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8years of prior relevant experience or 2 years postSecondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Knowledgeable with Microsoft suite and personal computing devises.
Proficient in component level soldering.
Knowledge performing functional testing of electromechanical assemblies.
Active/Current IPC/JSTD certifications.
