Job Description
.We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Executive Director to lead our drug rehabilitation center. This role requires a strong background in business development financial management and healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the centers reach increasing patient admissions and driving revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase patient census and optimize the admissions process.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the centers market presence.
- Oversee financial management budgeting and revenue optimization.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of patient care.
- Lead and mentor staff across multiple departments to drive performance.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers community leaders and referral sources.
- Implement operational efficiencies to enhance patient care and overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the board and stakeholders to align with longterm business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in healthcare behavioral health or rehabilitation services.
- Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning marketing and revenue growth.
- Experience managing financial operations budgets and performance metrics.
- Deep understanding of state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Exceptional communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and referral networks.
Salary: $150K$250K
