Job Description

Executive Housekeeper
AC Hotel Sacramento CA

Through its affiliate Peachtree Group Hospitality Management Peachtree manages the performance of 100 hotels across 27 brands with 14000 rooms in 26 states.

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure a clean orderly and wellmaintained hotel. This role requires strong leadership attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards following AC Hotel brand guidelines and guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage train and supervise the housekeeping team ensuring high performance and adherence to hotel standards.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and cleanliness.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms public areas and backofhouse spaces to maintain quality control.
  • Oversee laundry operations ensuring timely and effective processing of linens and uniforms.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies linens and guest amenities and coordinate timely reordering as needed.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any repair or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations including OSHA standards and hotel sanitation protocols.
  • Work closely with the front office and other departments to address guest requests and special accommodations.
  • Handle staff scheduling and payroll in coordination with the HR department.
  • Manage departmental budgets and control costs while maintaining quality service.
  • Address guest concerns related to housekeeping and ensure prompt resolution to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar leadership role in hospitality required.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures cleaning products and industry best practices.
  • Ability to lead train and motivate a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management preferred.

Pay and Benefits:

  • Pay Rate: $75000/Salaried
