Role Summary:
As aSalesForceSolution Architect you will lead the design and implementation of comprehensive technical solutions inSalesForceto meet the complex needs of our organization. Leveraging your expertise in architecture technology and specificallySalesForce you will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business objectives. Your role will involve providing strategic guidance architectural oversight and technical leadership to drive innovation and excellence in solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implementation:Design and implement Salesforce solutions including custom objects Lightning components Visualforce pages and integrations with external systems.
- System Configuration and Maintenance:Develop and maintain system configurations including data models security settings and automation processes. Conduct impact analysis and testing for new configurations updates and integrations.
- ProjectTechnicalLeadership:Lead and participate in projects that impact Salesforce including system upgrades and new feature implementations. Manage the transition to go live and ensure that all processes are tested and validated.
- Technical Guidance:Provide technical leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem and connected systems to ensure the solutions conform with best practices and reduce technical complexity/technical debt from the existing platform. Ensure impact assessments are completed to help inform stakeholders of the impacts of proposed changes.
- Compliance and Best Practices:Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Stay current with Salesforce updates and bestpractices andprovide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Integration and Automation:Work ondesigning theintegration ofSalesforce with other enterprise systems and automating processes to reduce administrative overhead and minimize errors.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with business stakeholders product ownersarchitects from the other domainsand development teams to understandbusiness needs gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Risk Management:Identify technical risks and dependencies early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
- Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing:Provide technical guidance mentorship and coaching to junior architects and development teams to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Continuous Improvement:Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance solution quality development efficiency and technical excellence across the organization.
Skills/Experience:
- Extensive experience as a Solution Architect Technical Lead or similar role in Agile environments designing and delivering complex technical solutions
- Comprehensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Pardot Customer Community Quip Anywhere Einstein Einstein Analytics Field Service Maps Customer 360 Platform Marketing Cloud CPQ Shield and Data Cloud design and infrastructure.
- Indepth knowledge ofsolutionarchitecture principles design patterns and best practices.
- Proficiency in a wide range of technologies platforms and frameworks with the ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A very good understanding of cloud platforms and their services Azure andAWSwould be considered an advantage.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) necessary to work in an international environment.
- Experience within the context of theScaled Agile Framework SAFeor relevant certifications such asSAFe 5 Agilist (SA)SAFe 5 Architect (ARCH) are advantageous.
