THE TEAM
The mission of the Digital Product Management Department is to identify evaluate and deliver product enhancements that drive customer and company value.
THE OPPORUTNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Digital Product Management team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for defining and delivering digital product solutions across key departments in the business to ensure worldclass experiences in every customer interaction. In this role you will deliver solutions while leveraging agile methodologies and fostering an exciting unified and highperforming work environment. You will collaborate with crossfunctional partners in Digital Design Technology Analytics User Research A/B Optimization and more to deliver customer and company value across our sales channels (including app). THE ROLE
As the Digital Product Manager you will:
- Establish the digital product strategy and roadmap in line with our corporate objectives
- Understand and identify product opportunities
- Own and plan the work ensuring it happens at the right time and in the right order
- Specify the scope of the priorities in the roadmap
- Proactively monitor and optimize digital product outcomes and performance against key results
- Ensure the seamless daytoday management of the digital product lifecycle
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the daytoday function of the department in support of corporate objectives while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Digital Product Manager has:
- Proven and bestinclass skills applicable certifications education and/or experience in:
- eCommerce and/or iOS and Android app development
- Working with digital teams (i.e. User Experience Technology Data & Analytics)
- A commitment to continuous learning and development inspiring growth in oneself and others
- A deep understanding and commitment to the industry staying informed about best practices and trends in both tech and retail with a focus on app
- A commitment to learn apply champion and enrich Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The skills to collaborate strategically with crossfunctional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
- The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
- A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $100000 $150000 per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
