IT Advisor Service Delivery Center Property & Casualty Financial Services Office (Manager)(Multiple Positions)1589263 Ernst & Young U.S. LLP Alpharetta GA.

Support Insurance Policy and Claims Processing System engagement teams in the field supporting integration configuration and data migration. Lead development of system requirements and design aligned to technology architecture; apply system analysis techniques and procedures including meeting with various resources to qualify required information analyzing and interpreting requirements); and/or lead team members to develop conceptual logical and physical data models. Manage a portfolio of talent within a designated service line. Work in a collaborative environment where everyone works together to create a better working world. Stay on top of trends in the software industry. Help businesses achieve the full potential of their data.

Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate indepth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain longterm client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment Monday Friday 4045 hours per week 8:30 am 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Technology Business Industrial Administration Information Systems Management or a related field and 5 years of insurance work experience. The employer will accept an additional 2 years of work experience in lieu of a Bachelors degree. Alternatively will accept a Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Technology Business Industrial Administration Information Systems Management or related field and 4 years of insurance work experience.

Must have 2 years of experience leading a team of technology advisors through all phases of the technology life cycle including requirements definition architecture design conversion and testing.

Must have 4 years of experience working on one or a combination of these system related activities:
Software configuration;
Software development;
Workflow design; and/or
Business Analysis.

Must have 4 years of experience working at an Insurance company or comparable experience working as an advisor to property and casualty insurance carriers on personal or commercial lines of businesses.

Requires domestic and regional travel up to 50 of the time to serve client needs.
