Duties:Work directly with Spanishspeaking and Englishspeaking families with young children to provide familycentered strengthbased interventions directed at establishing a trusting relationship within the family to optimize parent/child curriculumbased prenatal health and early childhood health and development education to families to promote the childs wellbeing and safety. Assess additional needs or crisis situations and make referrals to other community resources to support the overall health safety and wellbeing of the family. Maintain a caseload of families by coordinating meetings directly with them in a variety of formats to meet them where they are including by phone virtual video chat or inperson.
