Data Collections Carrier Facing exercises discretion and independent judgment over the tasks duties and job responsibilities outlined below.
The position has significant importance due to the critical nature of the employee benefit administration function performed by Wrangle for its clients. The position requires a professional relationship and professional communication with vendors and Wrangle staff.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is toreview incoming plan sponsor data from the brokers andplan sponsors. Thisinvolves understanding the broker theplan sponsorand theERISAplans. Interaction is primarily with the brokersplan sponsorsandWranglestaff. The tasksand duties are listed below but are not limited to these:
Emails fromthebrokersshould beresponded to withinfour 4)hours of receiving them.
Providethe broker and/or plan sponsors with access to Wrangles database to allow their ability to input data and access data and status updates.
Incomingplansponsordata review and respond with approval or questions. The goal is to do this within the same day.
The review should involve comparing the data received to last years information.
The response should include as neededspecific questions on information that does not match with last years informationor leaves gaps in reporting.
Perform due diligence checks on new to Wrangle plan sponsors and 5500s.
Perform regular checks to ensureauto reports are being sent outappropriately.
Primary responsibility for the following tasks:
Ticking and One Year DFVCs
Placeholder List
Assistand supportConsultants 5500 Specialists and Data Collections Carrier Facing as necessary and asdirected by the office manager to optimize the Wrangle process.
Other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
This position requires a significant amount of selfmanagement in terms offollowingWrangles Best Practices Form 5500 Timeline responding to emails in a timely manner and ensuring that all data is reviewed and the correct responses provided.
