Job Description Summary
In support of the Student Affairs Learning Outcomes the Argyros Forum Student Union provides programs resources and services to cultivate students connection to the Chapman community knowledge of oncampus involvement opportunities investment in school spirit and pride and understanding of the diversity within the Chapman student community. The Lead Content Management Assistant is responsible for the efficient delivery of services and resources provided daily in the Argyros Forum Student Union with an emphasis on managing the content calendar and video assets for the digital team. Along with professional staff and in collaboration with the entire Argyros Forum Student Union team the Lead Content Management Assistant strives to create a welcoming environment that will contribute to the University by building community increasing the students pride in their university and ensuring facility operations are organized and supportive of evolving student needs. All Lead Assistants are members of the Department of Student Engagement and the Division of Student Affairs.

Responsibilities
Assist professional staff with training team development and schedule coordination for Digital team members With direction from professional staff the Lead will develop a content calendar and develop concept ideas for videos that will be produced Supervise tasks management systems and progress of the digital team Manage digital signage platform screencloud and create channels for daily updated content on digital screens Consult with all digital team members on their projects; provide guidance and assistance during development Supervise digital team projects to ensure their timely and accurate completion Hold team meetings with digital team Assist team in upholding all University policies applicable to their responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Experience leading a group of peers Understanding of videography production and editing Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills Demonstrated attention to detail Ability to take initiative and work independently Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to use standard office equipment including computer copier telephones Ability to work evening and weekend hours as necessitated by programming Minimum of a 2.5 GPA
