Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging account renewal.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets contributing to the overall financial success of the organization.
- Advise clients on strategies to maximize their profitability and minimize risk.
- Manage individual and team data records and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experience and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 10 years of experience in the broking industry capital markets or BPO/sales processes.
- Graduate degree with exceptional communication skills in English.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong understanding of forex markets and financial products.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle high volumes of calls (outbound and inbound).
- Experience in team leadership and development (preferred).
