Data and Accountability Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Data and Accountability Coordinator to oversee data management analysis and reporting within Orleans Central Supervisory Union elementary and middle schools. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate data collection interpretation and strategic use to support instructional and organizational decisionmaking and accountability.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of data collection including establishing data collection systems and protocols.Coordinate and lead the Educational Support Team process and ensure dataEnsure the accuracy and integrity of all data through regular audits and quality assurance processes.Analyze data to identify trends patterns and insights that inform strategic initiatives and operational improvements.Develop and maintain comprehensive data dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with various departments to understand data needs and provide support in utilizing data effectively.Stay updated on relevant education policies standards and regulations related to data reporting and accountability.Perform additional related duties as needed.The creation of the Data and Accountability Coordinator position is essential to strengthening OCSUs ability to leverage data for continuous improvement and strategic decisionmaking. In todays education environment data plays a crucial role in driving effective practices and ensuring accountability across all levels of the organization. The Data and Accountability Coordinator will help build a more efficient and transparent data system that will improve reporting practices support instructional decisionmaking and align district efforts with state and federal accountability measures. This role will also provide crucial support in monitoring progress towards key goals ensuring that both shortterm and longterm outcomes are measurable and datadriven addition the Data and Accountability Coordinator will serve as a resource for staff and administrators helping them navigate complex data systems and understand how to use data to inform their work. By consolidating data management and analysis in one position OCSU can ensure more streamlined reporting foster a culture of datadriven decisionmaking and ultimately improve student outcomes.This position is not only essential for organizational effectiveness but will also help ensure that OCSU adheres to accountability standards and provides transparent highquality information to all stakeholders including students parents teachers and the broader community.The Orleans Central Supervisory Union is comprised of two school districts (Lake Region Union ElementaryMiddle School and Lake Region Union High School) supporting six K8 elementary schools the Orleans Central Early Childhood Program and Lake Region Union High School.Orleans Central Supervisory Union is located in the heart of the Northeast Kingdom which is known for scenic and rugged area of hills sugarbushes farmland and lakes.
