Job Title: Contract Manager Construction Sector
Location: Johannesburg South Africa
Contract Type: 12Month FixedTerm Contract
Salary: Negotiable
Hire Resolves client a wellestablished leading property development company is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience in the construction sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing contract ensuring compliance with project requirements and managing key stakeholder relationships throughout the construction lifecycle.
Responsibilites:
- Oversee and manage construction contracts to ensure compliance with project scope budget and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project .
- Monitor contract performance resolve disputes and enforce contractual obligations.
- Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental regulations.
- Provide regular progress reports and risk assessments to senior management.
- Manage documentation including contract variations claims and project closeout reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in contract management within the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts procurement processes and project management principles.
- Ability to handle negotiations and resolve contractual disputes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant construction and contract management software is an advantage.
- Must be available for a 12month fixedterm contract in Johannesburg.
