Ballito. An established company within the Safety Gear industry is looking for a dynamic Internal Sales Representative to join their team. If you have a minimum of 23 years of experience in a salescentric environment with exceptional customer service skills we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead followup and outbound cold calls / emails.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Executives for further development and closure
Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Perform effective online demos to showcase products and services
Promote and drive sales on focused product ranges
Resolve customer issues promptly to maximize satisfaction and retention
Present promote and sell products / services to both existing and prospective customers
Conduct costbenefit and needs analysis for potential customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions
Requirements:
Minimum Matric
Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Teams) and experience with operational software (e.g. SAGE)
A Sales and / or Marketing Diploma would be an advantage
23 years of experience in a salescentric environment preferably with leadership or management responsibilities
Strong telephone skills including handling incoming and outgoing calls in high volumes
Ability to handle conflict resolution and customer inquiries effectively
A proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
