Job Description

Des Arc Elementary School is seeking a passionate and dedicated K6 Elementary Teacher to provide a nurturing and engaging learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will develop and implement ageappropriate lesson plans promote student growth through individualized instruction and foster a positive classroom culture. The teacher will work collaboratively with staff communicate regularly with parents and participate in school activities to support student success.Responsibilities:Plan prepare and deliver engaging lessons across core subjects (Math Reading Science Social Studies)Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needsMaintain a positive classroom environment that supports learningCommunicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progressParticipate in professional development opportunities and school eventsCollaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practicesQualifications:Bachelors degree in Education or related fieldValid teaching certification for K6 grade levelsStrong communication and classroom management skillsCommitment to studentcentered teaching and continuous improvementDes Arc Elementary is an equal opportunity employer.
