Job Summary:
The Benefits Administrator is responsible for operational tasks associated with defined contribution plans in compliance with plan provisions. The Administrator assists in maintaining payroll administration participant & plan level defined contribution activities and special projects. The Administrator will be expected to pursue continued education by taking and passing professional examinations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible to review documents and compile indexes to make information searches easier
Processes EXP tasks for DC distributions Hardships Enrollments Beneficiary etc. within service level standards
Manage the basic data processing activities for various projects
Quality data collation to ensure adequacy accuracy and legitimacy of data
Responsible for processing participants records payroll data queries and documents

Coordinate with fulfillment center for letters documentations statements and confirmation mails
Provide support for special projects and other tasks as needed
Perform annual DC compliance activities e.g. form 5500 NDT RMDs etc.
Coordinating with associates in their daytoday activities
Accurately bills time to ensure clients billings are correct
Ensures quality service to existing clients
Identify process improvement ideas
Required Skills & Attributes:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong logical analytical and problemsolving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
Required Qualifications:
14 years of experience into Defined Contribution administration
Bachelors degree in any discipline
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
High integrity and discretion to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive client data
Certifications in US Benefits would be an added advantage
Ability to work in a team environment and individually
Effective planning and priority setting
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment
