Do you have 2 years of experience working with people who have an intellectual disability Do you have a bachelors degree in Human Services Education Special Education Psychology or related field Do you have experience with OPWDD regulations We have a Day Service Program Coordinator position in Clifton Park. In this role the Day Service Program Coordinator will work with each person and their team to develop a Life Plan. This drives the services and supports a person receives. We are looking for an energetic person do drive this process with a PersonCentered focus. Ensuring employees are trained on any services and supports ensures employees are implementing the persons Valued Outcome correctly and have document these services in a timely way. This person must meet the criteria to be Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP).
This is a fulltime Monday through Friday 40 hours a week position. The starting payrate is $24.00 to $25.00 an hour. Saratoga Bridges is an inclusive work environment with great colleagues. We offer great benefits that include vacation time holiday time sick time and life insurance.
