Job Description
RPO Recruitments client is looking for a Operations Coordinator to join their team in Cape Town. In this role you would play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations within an organization. Your responsibilities would be to focus on optimizing processes coordinating resources and managing activities to meet operational goals
:
- A bachelors degree in business administration management logistics or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in operations project management or administrative roles is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively coordinate with internal teams suppliers and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) or Google Workspace and a familiarity with project management software or operations tools (e.g. Asana Trello SAP).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
