Your next career opportunity
As Senior Constituent Insights Analyst youll lead primary market research programs focused on prospective and commencing students. Youll have the opportunity to influence key marketing strategies communications and student experience initiatives through datadriven insights. Your expertise will directly impact decisionmaking at the highest levels of the University through development of insights reporting and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Market Research Programs: Design and execute inhouse quantitative market research from questionnaire design to data analysis and reporting.
  • Generate Strategic Insights: Analyse data from multiple sources to inform marketing strategies recruitment efforts and student experience initiatives.
  • Communicate Findings: Present insights through reports interactive dashboards and presentations to key stakeholders including University leadership.
  • Champion EvidenceBased Decision Making: Promote best practice in research methodology and datadriven strategies across the University.

You may be a great fit if:

You are an experienced market research professional with a strong analytical background excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for a diverse group of stakeholders.

You may also:

  • Have experience working in an analytical or insights function at a university
  • Have experience leading and managing analyst resources
